Lisa overheard some things he was saying to his girlfriend Ariana and she is not happy about what she heard at all. He then accused her a bit of listening in while he was venting to his girlfriend. He didn't think that she was there at all.
After that, Lisa Vanderpump explains that she offered him 10% to help him out. She wants him to work hard, but Lisa is saying that she is giving him an opportunity. Tom Schwartz speaks out saying he is afraid that Sandoval might have messed it all up for them. Lisa explains that she is leaving and going to Pump to think.

She really likes these two and wants to help them out. If Tom is going to keep sticking his foot in his mouth, then he could cause a lot of problems for them.
