The story-line of the show is based on the lives of the people living in Wayward Pines (a town). The place is dubbed as mysterious by nature. “Wayward Pines” season 2, ended on a rather abrupt note. The final episode of season 2 witnessed Abbie’s family survived the show with the new-born baby. The fans have also seen that the few prominent characters went to their pods and going off to sleep.

Overall the “Wayward Pines” season 2 ended on a very interesting plot which also hints regarding the season 3. The upcoming season will surely have news twists and turns as producers are working on a something new in the show.
