"The Real Housewives of Orange County" Season Finale aired on Monday evening and while the ladies seemed to have all found some peace with one another at Meghan King Edmond's candle party, the same cannot be said for some of the couples on the show. In the final credits where Bravo producers write blurbs about the housewives during the finales, it was revealed that both shannon beador and kelly dodd were having marital issues.

Kelly Dodd had filed for divorce from her husband for the second time and Shannon Beador had moved into a separate home than her husband.

The Beadors

Shannon Beador's marriage with her husband David has been depicted as a difficult one on the show for years. When Beador was first introduced to "The Real Housewives of Orange County," it was immediately evident that the couple had some issues. It was not long before it was revealed that David had been cheating on Shannon.

The married couple with three children decided to work on their marriage for the sake of their family. Shannon learned to forgive David for his transgressions and David worked on showing Shannon more appreciation. Things looked to be getting better for the two and they even renewed their vows last season on Bravo, however, it was pretty clear that this season their relationship was not doing well.

It was obvious throughout Season 12 of "RHOC" that Shannon was not satisfied in her marriage. She had blamed her 40-pound weight gain on the stress that Vicki had caused her by spreading false rumors but it was more likely her unhappy home life that was taking the toll on her health.

Shannon officially announced her separation from her husband of 17 years last month and also broke the news to her Bravo co-stars while they were filming the Season 12 reunion episode.

Just this week, Beador confirmed that she and David were divorcing during her appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," US Weekly reported.

Although it has been difficult, Shannon feels confident that there will be better days ahead for her.

The Dodds

Fans of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" will know that this is not the first time that Kelly has tried to divorce Michael.

The couple almost went through with it years ago but then managed to reconcile just before Kelly began starring on the reality show.

Over the past few seasons, viewers have seen Dodd complain about her husband Michael to the women countless times. She has even called him a "narcissist." During the season finale, she revealed to Vicki Gunvalson that her husband is not intimate with her anymore.

Kelly confirmed that she had Michael were splitting up for good in September, just a few days after the police were called to their house for the sixth time in three days.

Just this week, on the same day that the Season 12 finale aired on Bravo, Kelly filed for attorney substitution. New paperwork was added to the existing divorce case that is already on file from 2012. According to Celebrity Insider, Kelly and her daughter Jolie are moving in with her cousin.
