Could Leah Messer be expecting a fourth child with a mystery man? While the "Teen Mom 2" star isn't publicly dating anyone at the moment, a new report claims the longtime reality star recently sparked online rumors after sharing an "incognito" photo of herself on her Instagram account.

An Instagram post by the reality TV star revealed the suspicious photo, which was shared by Leah Messer earlier this week and in the image, she was much more covered up than fans are used to seeing her. In fact, the mother of three was covering her midsection with a purse and was sporting a hat and sunglasses over her face -- even though she was inside at the time the photo was taken.

In response to the "Teen Mom 2" star's photo, a number of her fans and followers on Instagram asked her if she was pregnant while others claimed it wasn't actually Messer in the photo.

Leah Messer is twice divorced

Leah Messer married first husband Corey Simms in 2010, months after they welcomed their twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, now 7, and in 2011, they split. Months after that, Messer sparked a romance with Jeremy Calvert and married the pipeline engineer less than one year later. Although Messer and Calvert later welcomed a child together, daughter Adalynn, now 4, their marriage came to an abrupt end in late 2014 after he shockingly told his fans and followers on Twitter that he had caught Messer cheating on him with an ex-boyfriend.

As fans may recall, Messer quickly shot down her husband's claims and his messages were ultimately deleted. That said, their marriage came to an end months later as Messer tended to her alleged issues with anxiety and depression in rehab.

Leah Messer attempted to get back into the dating game during 'Teen Mom 2' Season 8

During one of the first episodes of "Teen Mom 2" Season 8, Leah Messer was seen scrolling through photos of potential dates with the help of her daughters, including seven-year-old Aleeah.

However, after going out on an awkward date with a mystery man, Messer seemingly gave up on online dating. As for her future, fans will have to wait and see whether or not Messer goes public with a new boyfriend while filming for the upcoming season of "Teen Mom 2."
