Jenelle Evans can't catch a break when it comes to her social media feed and the controversy its been causing. Although the "Teen Mom 2" star is currently basking in the light on her September 23 wedding, she has recently been faced with backlash from fans after posting a photo of her two oldest children, sons Jace, 8, and Kaiser, 3, on Instagram.

While the photo appears to be innocent at first glance, fans were quick to point out that the reality star was reportedly encouraging her two sons to call her husband David Eason "dad." As fans of "Teen Mom 2" will recall, Evans welcomed Jace with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis in 2009 as she filmed "16 & Pregnant" and five years later, amid her romance with Nathan Griffith, she welcomed her second child, Kaiser.

Jenelle Evans shares her youngest child, daughter Ensley Jolie Eason, with her husband David Eason, but because her older kids have two different fathers, fans felt that it is not appropriate for the reality star to be referring to him as their "dad."

In Jenelle Evans' Instagram post, she told her fans and followers that Jace and Kaiser, along with Eason's daughter Maryssa, had built a fort one day prior with "Capt. Dad" and said they were building memories as a family. Evans often posts images of her children online but this one in particular set her fans and followers off and resulted in tons of mean messages being sent her way.

Earlier this week, after becoming man and wife, the "Teen Mom 2" couple revealed that they were celebrating their two-year anniversary. As fans will recall, Evans struck up a romance with Eason just weeks after parting ways with Nathan Griffith, the father of her middle son.

Within just months of their relationship, Evans began facing rumors of a pregnancy, and, in August 2016, days before debuting her baby bump at the MTV Video Music Awards, Evans took to Instagram to confirm the rumors and reveal that her third child was expected sometime in January of this year.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason became engaged this past February just weeks after welcoming Ensley.
