The mystery surrounding Khloe Kardashian's rumored pregnancy continues as the 33-year old just posted a photo of herself with her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. In it, she's not visibly pregnant, which caused fans to speculate on whether or not she truly is pregnant with Thompson's baby. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star hasn't been making too many public appearances lately, except for one in California two weeks ago. She made an appearance at Nordstrom in Century City, California, where she celebrated the first year anniversary of her clothing line, Good American.

At the time, an eyewitness commented that the reality TV star "looked slim and not visibly pregnant." In the latest Instagram photo, Kardashian looks as svelte as ever, flaunting her curves and backside in a tight, body-hugging black dress as she kisses her boyfriend.

Photoshopped picture?

According to the Revelist, people on Instagram were calling out Khloe Kardashian for posting what they called a photoshopped picture of her tummy. Some are commenting that she photoshopped her baby bump to pretend that she's not pregnant amidst the rumors. If one looks closely, it's noticeable that her boyfriend's fingers seem to merge into her hand, which is strategically placed near her tummy. Some people speculate that she had the picture photoshopped to remove the baby bump so she can continue to pretend to not be pregnant.

Kardashian's biggest fear

If Khloe Kardashian is truly pregnant with Tristan Thompson's child, then her worst fear is being abandoned by her boyfriend during childbirth. According to Radar Online, a source close to Kardashian said that her worst fear is being left behind by Thompson, who once abandoned his pregnant ex-girlfriend.

The source said, "That’s freaking Khloe out in a huge way...[Khloe] suffocating in her own fear and even though Tristan swears up and down that he’ll be there for her, she doesn’t believe him."

Reality star gives relationship advice

Amidst the pregnancy rumors that Khloe Kardashian hasn't confirmed nor denied, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star took to her website to share some relationship advice.

She wrote that "with any relationship, the key is to always have respect for one another. There are no winners in fighting." She also added that it's better to focus on the good in one's partner and praise them instead of criticizing their faults, which may lead to more fights. Kardashian has yet to confirm if she is truly pregnant.
