Despite breaking up with Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick is still very much a member of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" household. The 34-year old recently opened up about the rumors that are currently surrounding the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, claiming that both Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are pregnant and expecting their first children. Disick, who has three children with eldest sister Kourtney, recently spoke to Us Weekly about whether or not he'll give Khloe parenting advice if she is indeed pregnant and expecting her first baby with NBA athlete Tristan Thompson.
Like Kardashian, Disick did not confirm or deny the rumors, and instead claimed that he wouldn't give any parenting advice since they all live in the same L.A. neighborhood.
Scott Disick on Khloe Kardashian's rumored pregnancy
Scott Disick told E! News that if Khloe Kardashian "ever asks, I'm sure I would try [to give parenting advice." He explained that "all of us are so close that all of our children are kind of brought up in the same vicinity, or one block over, that everybody's kind of there for each other." He also shared that he needs not give Kardashian advice as "we are right there. It's not like long-distance." He also added that most of them are such "hands-on" parents that he feels like "it will happen within time."
Kardashian trying to keep a low profile amid rumors
Except for one public appearance last week to celebrate her clothing line Good American's first year anniversary, Khloe Kardashian has made it a point to keep a low profile.
The latest in public appearances feature Kardashian flying to San Francisco to film "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Daily Mail reported. The 33-year old has recently been spotted wearing outfits that conceal her tummy, including a long, baggy black overcoat. During her appearance in Century City, California last week, a spectator told Us Weekly that the reality TV star "looked slim and not visibly pregnant" and that she "had a tiny lower belly pooch but not a big pregnancy type bump."

Unsurprisingly, Khloe Kardashian keeps her fans and the general public guessing on whether or not she's truly expecting her first child.
Being the masters of social media and publicity, the Kardashians have been known to reap the benefits of keeping their name on the tabloids, given their burgeoning makeup and fashion businesses. "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is also celebrating its 10th year on E!.
