A few months ago, the royal family of Britain announced that their Royal Highness, the Duchess of Cambridge was pregnant and the third royal baby was indeed on the way. While the entire England started rejoicing and speculating about the news, the would-be-mother in her first trimester was probably strengthening her nerves and preparing herself, for embarking on a third difficult journey. Much like her past two pregnancies, the 34-year-old Kate Middleton is reportedly suffering from acute morning sickness called Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is compelling her to miss out not just her royal duties, but also the tender moments with her son, Prince George (four years old).
Kate’s subtle hint
The Dutchess is not only god-gifted with an ever glowing skin and shiny hair, but also for an indomitable desire and strength to experience the joy of motherhood, despite her struggles. Earlier this year, Kate Middleton had expressed her subtle desire to extend her family as she said that: "We will just have to have more babies," while responding to her cuddly gift. This was probably a clear indication that Prince George and Princess Charlotte are going to welcome their younger brother or sister soon!
Effects of Hyperemesis Gravidarum
The past experiences of Kate Middleton carrying the royal babies have never been pleasant. In the year 2012, she was even hospitalized for this problem when she was carrying Prince George, and the problem even worsened up during her second pregnancy, when she was carrying Princess Charlotte (now two years old).
In case of Hyperemesis Gravidarum, the patients suffer from constant vomiting and nausea, which keeps occurring now and then, and tends to last for the entire period of 40 weeks. The disease also keeps coming back with vehemence, whenever the patient is pregnant. It thus requires extra hydration and constant supply of nutrients in order to give birth to a healthy child.
However, despite these tussles, Duke William and Duchess Kate have been longing for a large family to strengthen the family bond even more.
According to E! News, Kate Middleton was very eager to attend Prince George’s first day at school. However, it seems that her sickness took over her desires, which gave the world the adorable image of Duke William and Prince George.
Even though it might have been a very difficult time for the affectionate mother to miss out the tender moment, every cloud has a silver lining. The medical team of advisers of Middleton has urged her to get ample rest and "take each day one at a time," to prevent her from being hospitalized in future. Thus the would-be-mother is spending her vital days at Kensington Palace with Princess Charlotte, trying to ease her HG symptoms by consuming ginger biscuits.
Kate Middleton will make public appearance
Even though there has been no final announcement of the arrival date of the third royal baby, the royal family has ensured that the Royal Highness is doing quite well, leaving behind the worst days.
In fact, Middleton is reportedly going to attend a reception for the World Mental health day on Tuesday, at the Buckingham Palace accompanied by Duke William and Prince Harry. This will be the first public appearance of the Duchess, ever since the announcement of her pregnancy news.
Kate, William, and Harry will meet the mental health workers across the UK and the guests as a gesture of thankfulness towards the noble cause, followed by a royal speech by the Duke. The sheer attendance of Kate Middleton amid her pregnancy is indeed a huge step towards them, and thus the royal fans are praying earnestly, for the well being of the Duchess and the safe arrival of her third baby.
