Season 8 from 'Game of Thrones' odyssey will have plenty of questions to find a fulfilling answer to. One of these burning questions revolves around the Night King's ending if any. Leading the Army of the Dead through a freshly demolished wall, the Night King is the pure incarnation of evil. His bag of skills is beyond any limit; he is not being harmed by the fire like any other White Walkers, he can reanimate corpses using different techniques and, ultimately, he rides a dead dragon which spits a blue-like blazes. His already huge army is expected to grow bigger knowing how poorly the Northern part of the Realm is being defended.

Daenerys Targaryen might try even though her best weapon has proven its futility
The Night King cannot be harmed by the use of fire which fact gives Daenerys Targaryen a slow start in that possible encounter. Her dragons can only decimate the Army of the Dead while its leader will be left untouched. It is indeed a funny though awkward propinquity to have two apparently opposed characters immune to the force of fire.
Jon Snow is most likely to have a decent shot
If Daenerys will go even deeper with her relationship with Jon Snow, she could use her dragons to open up the field for the Night of the North.
Already knowing how reckless he can be, Jon Snow may attempt one of those Hail Mary scenarios trying to get within range of the Night King. Armed with a Dragonglass dagger, he may have a chance to pierce it through the Night King's armor. That makes Jon Snow the second character who may bring up salvation into Westeros killing off the one who threats to erase all the human beings.
Bran Stark and Samwell Tarly may play their cards
The Season 7 had quite an end as Jon Snow's true root came up to the ground. The fact that he is a Targaryen is seen as a cause for further distress in-between his alliance with Daenerys Targaryen. Bran Stark who has turned into the Three-Eyed Raven and Samwell Tarly are the only ones who possess the information of Snow being a Targaryen descendant.
One of them may use this information to shape the narrative's dynamic of the Season8.
Bran Stark is also the only one who has been in touch with the Night King by the instrumentality of his visions. And he may come up to a solution to neutralize the danger of the dead.
