"Days of our Lives" spoilers and rumors are working overtime with the news that Will Horton is probably still alive. It all starts with Ben Weston dropping a bombshell about Will during Chad and Abigail and Sonny and Paul's double wedding ceremony. The claims eventually lead to Will's mother, Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), returning to Salem to find out what all the fuss is about. When she learns that Will may still be alive, everything changes.
Sami returns to Salem in search of Will
As many "Days Of Our Lives" viewers know, Sami Brady left Salem shortly after the death of her beloved husband, EJ DiMera.
Sami and EJ had an epic love story and she was completely crushed when he died. Sami moved to California and took her young children, Johnny, Allie, and Sidney with her. However, Will stayed behind with his husband, Sonny Kiriakis. Months later, Will was killed by Ben Weston, or so we all thought. Now, Ben is going to tell everyone the truth about what happened to Will, and it will lead Sami, Lucas, Sonny, Paul, and others on a huge search for Will that will take them to Memphis.
Lucas and Sami rekindle their romance on the road?
Some "Days of our Lives" spoilers and rumors reveal that during the search Sami and Lucas will rekindle their friendship and their romantic spark. They'll be leaning on one another while looking for their son, and they could find a romantic connection along the way.
Many "DOOL" fans would be thrilled to see the return of "Lumi," but viewers know that it would be short lived. Alison Sweeney only signed on for a short stint as Sami Brady and Lucas is likely still in love with Adrienne. It seems that there is no way a "Lumi" reunion could work, but they could turn to one another for comfort and one (or a few) sexy scenes before all is said and done.
Is EJ still alive?
Meanwhile, other "Days of our Lives" rumors are circulating that Sami may actually get news that EJ DiMera is still alive during her trip to Memphis to search for Will. If EJ is alive then Sami would likely jump at the chance to return to him. Not to mention that Lucas' love, Adrienne Kiriakis, is currently behind bars after Bonnie Lockhart stole her identity and hid her away.
When Lucas finds out that Adrienne has been missing all this time he will most likely go rushing to her side, but he may have some explaining to do about his activities while she was gone.
