Victoria Arlen could not contain her happiness and excitement when Taylor Swift thanked her for dancing to "Look What You Made Me Do" during Monday's episode of "Dancing with the Stars." In fact, the ESPN star and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, earned the highest score of 24 out of 30 points after their tango set performance for the Ballroom Night.

ESPN star celebrates birthday on 'DWTS' set

According to Entertainment Online, the former Paralympian swimmer received a bouquet of flowers and a message from the pop singer to thank and greet her on her special day.

"Victoria, you are incredible, and I was so honored you danced to my song," the letter read. "I’m so inspired by you. Love, Taylor."

Victoria Arlen celebrated her 23rd birthday with yet another impeccable routine on the "Dancing with the Stars" stage. For the Latin Night, she and her partner performed a rumba set to "Easy" by Sky Ferreira which qualified them for the next round of the competition.

When asked about her gift from Taylor Swift, the TV personality recalled when she danced to the singer's "22" on her 22nd birthday celebration and thought of the coincidence. "That was insane! That was really cool," she said of the surprise present. "I don't think cool is a cool enough word for it."

Val Chmerkovskiy, on the other hand, shared the same sentiment and felt happy for his partner.

He was even ecstatic with the idea that Taylor Swift also saw him during the performance.

Victoria takes on challenge of joining 'DWTS' after recovery from paralysis

For someone who used to be in a vegetative state for four years, Victoria Arlen considered joining "Dancing With The Stars" as an opportunity to get back on her feet and find out what she is capable of doing on the dance floor.

She also gave credit to her partner for his patience in leading and guiding her to learn the routines.

"I've spent the last year and a half looking down at my feet, and for the first time, I'm looking up at Val, and we're dancing, and so it's pretty crazy. All of it is really amazing," she mused.

Meanwhile, Barbara Corcoran and her Keo Motsepe were the first couple to be kicked out from the competition on Monday.

Unfortunately, the pair failed to recover from the being at the bottom after earning 14 out of 30 points for their debut performance.

The second to be eliminated were Debbie Gibson and Alan Bersten who fell short after performing an Argentine tango set to "Havana" by Camila Cabello feat. Young Thug on Tuesday. Catch "Dancing with the Stars" every Monday and Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. only on ABC.
