The famous couple Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are definitely taking their relationship to the next level! The couple reportedly lived together in a luxurious apartment during their stay in New York City's Greenwich Village. According to Entertainment Tonight, Gomez and The Weeknd moved into the new place while the actress is busy filming for her untitled project with Woody Allen.
Gomez was spotted recently on Monday while The Weeknd was reportedly busy with his upcoming tours. A source close to the couple told ET that they are enjoying their stay in their low-rise apartment.
High-end apartment
Most of the time, Gomez usually stays at a hotel whenever she is working on a project. Perhaps, the famous actress is finally immersing herself now into a whole new environment together with her boyfriend. Another source told ET that their high-end apartment is around 11.6ft in height. It is equipped with Juliette glass balconies and English kitchens.
It was further reported that the apartment unit where they stayed in cost around $16,000 of rental every month. Apparently, the couple doesn't mind spending their money at all as long as they are together. The apartment is equipped with hot and cold shower, and all other amenities that the couple needs, as the source says.
Living arrangement in New York
As Gomez and The Weeknd officially moved in together, it was reported that both seemed to be very gracious and friendly with their neighbors. Basically, both are happy with their current living arrangement in New York City. Despite taking their relationship seriously, Gomez and The Weeknd still have tight schedules in terms of careers.
According to Elle, The Weeknd won't be around every night at their apartment since he is also working on the second leg of his tour. Further, it was reported that the famous rapper is also working closely on his shows in the US, New Zealand, and Australia that is set to happen this December.
Apparently, this is already the second time for Gomez to live with a guy that she has dated with.
To recall, Gomez and Justin Beiber also had moved in together back in 2014 during their relationship. Beiber previously revealed that he moved in with the actress when he was only 18 years old.
He also added that he wanted to start a new life with her back then. However, the former couple had chosen to go separate ways. Luckily, Gomez found a new romance with The Weeknd.
