Season 43 of "Saturday Night Live" is set to premiere on September 30. Ryan Gosling is hosting and Jay-Z is the musical guest. This is set to be a big season for "Saturday Night Live." They will continue with their live broadcast so everyone from coast-to-coast will be watching it live.

Gosling back for his second time hosting

Ryan Gosling is on his way back to the "SNL" halls to bring us some late-night comedy. Last time he hosted, December 30, 2015, he brought tons of laughter. He will be back this time to promote his new movie "Blade Runner 2049," set to premiere in the U.S.

on October 6. Gosling has been in many of other movies you may know such as "The Notebook," "Crazy Stupid Love," and he is recently coming off of his Oscar nomination from the movie "La La Land." There is no doubt that Gosling has had a great career and still is. Definitely, tune in on September 30th to "SNL" to let Gosling make you laugh.

4:44 is the time with Jay-Z

Jay-Z is set to be the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" on September 30 for the fourth time. If you take a look back at his past performances you will not be let down. He has performed with his wife Beyonce on that stage, as well as with Lenny Kravitz. You never know what he will be bringing to the table on this premiere. Jay-Z dropped his album "4:44" on June 29, 2017.

As you may know, Jay-Z has his on streaming music app titled Tidal which he releases all of his music on. So if you have Spotify, you may want to tune in, seeing how this could be your first time hearing the new Jay-Z album. With all the Grammy's that Jay-Z has won, I'm sure he will not disappoint.

What else to expect in Season 43?

Well, as you may have heard, cast members Vanessa Bayer, Bobby Moynihan and Sasheer Zamata left the cast at the end of Season 42. "SNL" has decided not to add any new cast members this season even with the departure of those comedians. Season 43 will include as cast members Beck Bennett, Aidy Bryant, Michael Che, Pete Davidson, Leslie Jones, Colin Jost, Kate Mckinnon, Kyle Mooney, Cecily Strong and Kenan Thompson.

With featured players being Mikey Day, Alex Moffat and Melissa Villaseñor.

Thompson is the senior most cast member on the list with this being his 14th season on "Saturday Night Live." Colin Jost and Michael Che will be behind the Weekend Update desk to keep you updated on all that is funny going on around the world. Be expected to see Alec Baldwin return to play Donald J.
