The "19 Kids and Counting" clan marries its young off young and fast. Jinger Duggar was barely 20. Ben and Jessa Seewald were courting in their teens. Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard courted for only a few months. The exception is second eldest Jana Duggar who is unwed at 27.

Forsyth's brother debunked unwed pregnancy rumors but that doesn't answer why Joy's so big at three months along. Her pre-wedding weight loss made folks wonder if the"19 Kids and Counting" star had an eating disorder. Certainly, anorexia can harm a fetus but so will opposite problems such as maternal obesity. If Dugar-Forsyth continues to gain at this rate it could lead to edema, gestational diabetes or preeclampsia or even miscarriage.
