The exception is second eldest Jana Duggar who is unwed at 27.

Joy Duggar may have bigger problems

Forsyth's brother debunked unwed pregnancy rumors but that doesn't answer why Joy's so big at three months along. Her pre-wedding weight loss made folks wonder if the"19 Kids and Counting" star had an eating disorder. Certainly, anorexia can harm a fetus but so will opposite problems such as maternal obesity. If Dugar-Forsyth continues to gain at this rate it could lead to edema, gestational diabetes or preeclampsia or even miscarriage.
