In the said issue, Markle proudly professes her love for Prince Harry, boldly saying that they are a couple and that they are in love.
Meghan Markle also acknowledged the fact that fans are clamoring to know the details of how the fairy tale-like love story came to be. She said that she hopes that people understand their choice to keep things private as they enjoy their quiet time together. However, she assured that there will come a time when she and Prince Harry will have to come forward and present themselves and their love story to the rest of the world.

For Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, keeping their relationship private and low-profile certainly takes a conscious amount of effort given the fact that they are both public individuals in their own right. Prince Harry's popularity stems from his royal lineage while Markle is known as an accomplished actress.
