For the first time, the surrogate of reality star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West was spotted in public. The unnamed woman shows off her huge baby bump days after the power couple confirmed that they are having a third child.
The woman is pictured while taking a stroll in a California park wearing a white T-shirt and jeans. Her face is blurred in the images since she wants to keep her identity anonymous.
According to Mirror, the 27-year-old African-American woman is a Kim lookalike and a "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fanatic. She willingly helped the couple have a third baby since Kim could no longer bear a third child.
It is said that she is being paid $75,000 for her services.
The outlet added that Kim liked the woman immediately and Kanye thinks that she has a resemblance to Kim, which is one reason why she got selected as the surrogate.

Why Kim needs a surrogate
Fans are aware that Kim didn't have an easy pregnancy for her two kids. When the couple planned for another baby, the doctors would not allow Kim to do it since it would be dangerous for her. She has a medical condition called placenta accreta.
This occurs when the placenta attaches too deep in the uterine wall but it does not penetrate the uterine muscle.
It may cause premature delivery and possible complications that will risk the mother and the baby. Since the placenta is attached to the wall, there will be bleeding during the third semester and its removal may cause hemorrhage. Because of this, the couple needed to hire a surrogate.
Kim's pregnancy announcement
A teaser trailer for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" was released on Thursday wherein Kim is seen sitting cross-legged on her bed.
She is calling her sister Khloe on the phone with a huge smile on her face.
Kim asked Khloe what happens when she says guess what and Khloe responded that someone is pregnant. She then squeals with excitement that they are having a baby. Kim and Kanye married in May 2014 and they already have a four-year-old daughter North and one-year-old son Saint.
It is just one of the scenes in the trailer which also reveals that Tristan Thompson will be making an appearance in the show's season 14. Thompson is the current boyfriend for Khloe and is allegedly the father of her baby since there are rumors that she is pregnant.
There is also one scene wherein Scott Disick breaks down after learning that his ex-wife Kourtney is already dating someone else. It appears that Scott still has feelings for Kourtney even after he dated different girls.
