Fans of Alison Sweeney are anxiously awaiting the return of Sami Brady on "Days Of Our Lives." Sami is set to arrive in Salem in October and is expected to reveal shocking news to her family and friends. Alison Sweeney has been missed on "Days of Our Lives," and she is by far one of the most beloved and hated characters on the long-running NBC daytime soap.
Sami Brady to return in October
When Sami Brady comes to town fans know there is always going to be trouble and a lot of drama. The character of Sami Brady is not the only familiar face that is going to be making a return to "Days." New head writer Ron Carlivati is bringing back a lot of former characters to the show, including Will Horton, Ben Weston, Dr.
Rolf, Kristin DiMera, and Billie Reed.
Alison Sweeney's Hallmark Christmas flick debuts Dec 3rd
However, fans should take note that Alison Sweeney's return will be brief, but long enough for Sami to settle whatever is on her agenda and raise a little hell along the way. Fans are also anxious to see Sami's reaction to her son Will Horton's return. It was a heartbreaking scene watching Sami and Lucas bury their son Will, who they believed was killed by the necktie killer Ben Weston two years ago.
Will Horton, however, is alive, and a medical miracle to boot. It has been revealed that Will's life is the result of some medical experiment brought on by Stefano DiMera's former sidekick Dr. Rolf. So, if Dr.
Rolf succeeded in bringing Will back from the dead, fans are wondering if we can expect any other possible returns such as EJ Dimera or perhaps Bo Brady.
It is hard to predict just how far the head writer wants to go with this bizarre storyline. But, after all, "Days" fans have pretty much seen it all over the years, so why should this be any different?
Fans will hate to see Sweeney depart "Days" once again, but fans can see Alison Sweeney in her new, upcoming Christmas film "Holly Lodge." In the new holiday flick, Alison will play Sophie Bennett -- a young woman who decides to start a new family holiday tradition by spending Christmas at the ski lodge she has inherited from her parents.
It is a touchy, feel-good movie that will warm your heart and soon become one of your yearly holiday favorites.
The movie is set to premiere on December 3 at 8 pm ET/PT. on the Hallmark Channel. Until then, don't miss all the daily Salem happenings. "Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC.
