With less than 18 hours remaining until the formal "Dancing With The Stars" 2017 cast announcement on "Good Morning America," spoiler sources spilled the identity of the 13th and final celebrity who will strut her stuff for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy this fall. According to a Sept. 5 late-day post to fan site PureDWTS --who only confirmed the rumor after a successful fan guess-- '80s music icon Debbie Gibson will round out the newest class of hopefuls as new pro Alan Bersten's partner.

From 'Out of the Blue' to 'DWTS'

Gibson, now 47, shot to fame in the late-1980s with the success of her first album, "Out of the Blue," which gained triple platinum status.

In addition to her music career, she's also appeared on Broadway and in a production of "Grease" in London's West End. Although he couldn't name Debbie Gibson as his match, Bersten tweeted that he was "so happy with my partner" on Aug. 30.

'DWTS' season 25 lineup

Although "Dancing with the Stars" producers have confirmed the identities of only two season 25 contestants in "Property Brothers" star Drew Scott and former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens, a variety of sources have released the names of the rest of the hopefuls. The full cast of celebrity guys and their partners includes:

  • Returning "DWTS" pro Cheryl Burke and NFL star Terrell Owens
  • Peta Murgatroyd and 98 Degress' Nick Lachey
  • Witney Carson and "Malcolm in the Middle" actor Frankie Muniz
  • Sharna Burgess and former LA Laker Derek Fisher
  • Lindsay Arnold and actor Jordan Fisher
  • Reigning "DWTS" pro champion Emma Slater and reality TV star Drew Scott

On the ladies' side, the partnerships include:

  • Alan Bersten and '80s music icon Debbie Gibson
  • Artem Chigvintsev and reality star Nikki Bella
  • Maksim Chmerkovskiy and actress Vanessa Minnillo Lachey
  • Mark Ballas and entertainer Lindsey Stirling
  • Valentin Chmerkovskiy and ESPN's Victoria Arlen
  • Gleb Savchenko and "Pretty Little Liars" star Sasha Pieterse
  • Keo Motsepe and investor and "Shark Tank" star Barbara Corcoran

Although most of the non-confirmed celebrity contestants have kept mum about their participation, Lindsey Stirling may have inadvertently tipped her hand this morning when she tweeted a photo of herself wearing a rhinestone-encrusted outfit not unlike those worn by the "Dancing with the Stars" pro ladies for this season's photo shoot.
