Blake Shelton officially announced his forthcoming 11th studio album, "Texoma Shore" on Thursday. The album will feature his upcoming single, "I'll Name the Dogs," which will be released on November 3. The singer took to Instagram to reveal the news. Along with an image of the album cover, Shelton wrote: "YEEHAWW who's ready for some more new music??!!"

As he announced his newest project, Shelton confirmed through a press release that Lake Texoma was a place close to his heart. It was where he created few old memories of his lifetime. Thus, he made sure that he'll be able to record his new album on its shore as he emphasized his love to the place and its music.

Last album

Back in May, Shelton teased that his "If I'm Honest" would be his last album. However, he left everyone in surprise when he revealed his latest project on Thursday. Kidding aside, Shelton also revealed that he still hoped to get back to the recording studio together with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani. Perhaps, "Texoma Shore" is a dream come true for the singer.

To recall, the sweet couple previously wrote and made a duet for their 2016 "Go Ahead and Break my Heart." As of now, the couple was still mum on another collaboration that they would be working together. Nonetheless, the real-life couple is reportedly performing a duet again with Stefani's upcoming holiday offering, the Entertainment Tonight reported.

Album announcement

While Shelton revealed his album in public, Stefani, on the other hand, also confirmed her newest album on that the same day. Just several days before "The Voice" will premiere on TV, the sweet pair has offered their fans their sweetest treats with their music.

Stefani just revealed to the social media that she's currently working on her newest and first Christmas album, the Billboard reported.

It was revealed that Stefani's latest project will be out for release on October 6. As the couple announced their newest album, their Twitter followers were also quick to send the couple with their replies and messages.

Most of their fans were happy after learning that they would finally make their music available in time for "The Voice" upcoming season.

Shelton's upcoming album is just one of the several projects that the singer and "The Voice" coach has been working on. It was the first time for the sweet pair to announce their forthcoming album release prior to "The Voice" finals competition.
