After the successful season premiere of “Dancing With The Stars” last week, the show has eliminated Barbara Corcoran and Keo Motsepe. During the September 25 episode of the reality dance competition, the businesswoman got the lowest scores from the judging panel, Goldderby reported.

This week had the contestants perform an unlearned ballroom routine on the Monday edition and a Latin dance routine for Tuesday’s edition. The theme was called “Ballroom Night,” featuring genres such as quickstep, foxtrot, and Viennese waltz among many others.

Corcoran danced a modern version of tango with her dance pro partner.

She was wearing a glittering black long gown and paired this with a hairpiece. They danced to the beat of Sarah Vaughan and Hugo Peretti Orchestra’s “Whatever Lola Wants.”

From their entire routine, it was clearly seen that Corcoran had a difficult time maintaining her graceful movement throughout the dance, perhaps mulling over the steps. The footwork was not that perfect, which was coupled with some head turns, bending and walking across the stage.

Corcoran eliminated

At the end of their performance, the pair received 17 points from the judges, the lowest score of the night. During the season premiere of “Dancing With The Stars” Season 25, this pair also received the lowest score of 14 points among the contestants but stayed in the competition since it was a non-elimination round.

It was a sad moment for the businesswoman and “Shark Tank” panelist after being the first celebrity to be eliminated this season. They joined dancing couple Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke in the bottom spots. The former NFL player and Burke received 20 points.

After she was announced as the eliminated contestant, Corcoran was seen showing a disappointed look on her face but her partner just gave her a tight hug and a kiss.

Best performances

Meanwhile, the September 25 episode had three pairs tied with 24 points. They were Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold, Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy, and Vanessa Lachey and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Fisher and Arnold dazzled in their Viennese waltz following “Count On Me” by Judah Kelly. It was a dramatic routine that took them across the stage with large turns.

After their final pose, the audience gave them a standing ovation.

The Paralympic champion offered her own rendition of tango with her dancing partner. They danced to the beat of Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do.” Val Chmerkovskiy’s roots were also showcased as their routine had an Eastern European take with vampire-inspired make-up and mock-up neck bites.

It was a fantastic run for the Chmerkovskiy brothers, as Maksim’s routine also got praised. It was a performance of foxtrot to Tami Tappan Damiano’s “Hit Me With A Hot Note.” Vanessa Lachey stunned in her golden long dress.
