The latest updates and spoilers for "Avengers: Infinity War" will feature a huge subplot details for Vision and Scarlet Witch, and "Black Panther" character Shuri added to the sequel.

Vision in danger

The plot of "Avengers: Infinity War" will feature Thanos and The Black Order trying to gather all of the Infinity Stones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and reshape it in their own image. Two of these stones are on Earth and Avengers will have no choice but to take the fight to them with the help of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

With that in mind, it seems that Vision will have a bigger role in the sequel since he is created from the Mind Stone. The stakes will be high for Vision and his love interest, Scarlet Witch in the film as Paul Bettany stated in an interview during Wizard World Comic-Con that the situation will create an interesting subplot for both characters.

Vision and Scarlet Witch will develop a romantic relationship during "Infinity War" and the fourth "Avengers" movies similar to the comics. Their relationship will be tested when they face Thanos and his forces in the film, and the Mad Titan will not think twice of killing the android superhero to have the Mind Stone.

However, there is also the possibility that Vision could survive the encounter as Bettany teased that his character can live without the Infinity Stone. Perhaps this is Marvel's way of scaring the fans into thinking that one of its beloved characters will suffer a horrible and heartbreaking death.

Black Panther's sister joins the cast

Letitia Wright confirmed that she will reprise her role as Shuri in "Avengers: Infinity War" as she tweeted that being part of the movie is a blessing and she is excited about what role her character could play in their war against Thanos.Shuri is the younger sister of T'Challa, the Black Panther and current king of Wakanda.

Shuri will eventually take on the Black Panther mantle from her brother in the comics.

The MCU version of the character is said to be a genius inventor as she creates her own set of gadgets and tech that can rival Tony Stark. The leaked SDCC 2017 trailer featured T'Challa and Winter Soldier leading Wakanda's army to protect the kingdom from Black Order's army as they seek to eliminate any major opposition on Earth.

Perhaps Shuri's technological prowess will prove very useful to her brother and the Wakandan army to fight the invaders.

"Love/Hate" actor Tom Vaughan-Lawlor has been cast to play Ebony Maw in the movie and there is a photo of him clashing with Doctor Stephen Strange for the Time Stone. The sequel will premiere on May 24, 2018.
