Swift's music returns to streaming services on June 9

It is the date June 9 when Swift’s music was heard again in major music streaming services which she removed before she released “1989.” On the same day, Perry released her new album “Witness.” The feud of the two former BFFs stemmed from Perry’s reaching out in 2012 to some of Swift’s dancers if they would also dance for her.

Swift was also in the news when a court ruled in her favor over the counter lawsuit she filed against Denver DJ David Mueller who allegedly groped the singer’s behind during a pre-concert photo op in 2013. The initial lawsuit came from Mueller who lost his job because of Swift’s groping complaint.

In 2016, Swift broke up with boyfriend, actor Tim Hiddleston, and had a rift with rapper Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian.
