Days after the t-shirt trouble of Kylie and Kendall Jenner hit the Internet, their brother stirred cyberspace by posting naked photos of the mother of his baby. Rob Kardashian’s posting on Instagram of the nude image of Blac Chyna, however, could land him in jail.

California has had a Revenge Porn law since 2013, and the ex-couple resides in the state. Rob accused his wife, who recently gave birth to their daughter, Dream Kardashian, of cheating on him. He said Blac Chyna sent him the photo before she had sex with another man in her house where Dream and Blac Chyna’s son with rapper Tyga live, the New York Daily News reported.

Instagram removes photo

The photo, which showed Blac Chyna’s naked tattooed torso from the neck down to her hip, was initially posted on Wednesday by Rob, but Instagram removed it and deactivated his account. Rob then posted the same image on Twitter with the caption: “Since Instagram shut me down everyone peep my twitter lol.” Twitter, also removed the naked photo of Blac Chyna but did not deactivate Rob’s account.

Besides accusing the reality star of cheating on him a few days after they had sex, Rob said she was on drugs.

He claimed to have spent $100,000 on her body for cosmetic surgery after she gave birth, but the cosmetic surgeon messed up her nipples which are now so big.

Revenge on Tyga

Page Six reported that Rob also posted a video of the mother of his baby in the hospital before the cosmetic surgery so she could lose weight gained during her pregnancy. He claimed in the caption that Blac Chyna only had a baby with him to get even at Tyga who fathered her older son.

Tyga was in a relationship with Kylie, Rob’s younger half sister. Kylie and Rob have Kris Jenner as their mother, but Kylie's father is Caitlyn, the former Bruce Jenner.

Blac Chyna posted on Snapchat that Rob beat her up and acted like the incident never happened. Rob further claimed that the man with whom Blac Chyna had sex texted him to allegedly ask for money because he could not afford to pay the Chyna's bills.

He said he never cheated on her and remained loyal to Chyna, treating her like a wife even after all her alleged cheating by having sex with multiple men, The New York Daily News reported.

Lisa Bloom, a lawyer who won a revenge porn case in June for actress Mischa Barton, said Rob’s actions indicated he may have violated the state’s porn revenge law. She pointed out the penalty is up to six months in jail and the former stripper could file a lawsuit for money damages for emotional stress.
