Last week spoiler alerts indicated that "The Bold and the Beautiful" would be preempted on Monday because of the solar eclipse. The Cox cable television guide, however, lists the daytime drama as airing at 12:30 p.m. The same program is also listed on the POP TV channel tonight, but not at the regular time of 6:30 p.m. B&B is scheduled to air at 7:30 p.m.
The solar eclipse
The solar eclipse is the first one since 1918 that will make it;s way across the United States. There is much excitement, with people traveling so they can be where there will be total darkness during the big moment.
Two of the big 3 television networks, ABC, and CBS were reported to be preempting their daytime lineup. Spoiler alerts indicated that "The Bold and the Beautiful," "General Hospital", and "The Young and the Restless," episodes would not air on Monday.
The Cox cable guide indicates fans will be able to watch B&B. It will air one hour earlier on CBS, and one hour later on the Pop network. The eclipse is gathering much buzz, but those who love their soaps don't want to miss an episode. If you find these shows do not air in your neck of the woods on Monday, you can always watch them on the Internet, or look for recaps and updates online.

Soapsheknows does list a Monday episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful" which centers around Sheila and Brooke, and Wyatt and Katie.
Brooke is going to speak her mind to Eric regarding Sheila because she thinks it is dangerous for Eric to have this mad woman in his home. Wyatt and Katie are going to take their relationship to the next level but will continue to hide it from Bill.
If the cable guide is correct, fans of B&B will be able to watch their favorite daytime drama, just an hour earlier in the afternoon and an hour later this evening.
