Taylor Swift was nowhere to be found on social media after she threw out all memories from her account. And now, she is back with an upcoming Album entitled, “Reputation.”
According to Billboard, the new album will be released on November 10. Fortunately, Swifties does not have to wait much longer to hear it as the first single is set to be dropped on August 24, Thursday.
Is the snake teaser connected to ‘Reputation’?
At the moment, there have been no further announcements regarding the new album’s connection to the slithering snakes that Taylor Swift posted on Twitter.
It was in 2014 when Swift launched an album for “1989.” This album won a Grammy Award and since then, she has been dominating the charts with her following tracks and collaborations.
US Weekly reported that Swift has already won a Grammy ten times, which give fans high expectations for her upcoming sixth album. The report cites how “The single is very different. It goes from very soft to hard, to soft again." It also talks about how the “Shake it off” singer is reportedly overhauling her image.

Swift unveiled the album art, shot by Mert & Marcus, on Instagram. Speculations suggest that this new single could potentially be her fifth no.
1 song on the chart. Music lovers must watch to see if she can beat the track that was in the top spot for 15 weeks: Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, and Justin Bieber’s “Despacito.” Meanwhile, she had a duet with Zayn Malik for the song "I Don't Want to Live Forever" (Fifty Shades Darker) last year. It was placed at number two on the Hot 100 chart.
‘Reputation’ may be Taylor Swift’s next hit
It's a few months until the sixth album’s release but one thing is certain – Swift surely knows how to make a blockbuster album. Ever since Swift released her first self-titled album ten years ago, she continued to make a name for herself through several genres. Her latest album "1989" was the fourth album that took the number one spot.
1989 was the fastest album to hit 5 million units since Usher’s LP “Confessions” in 2004. Her 1989 World Tour had a net worth $185.4 million. The three hits from this album are “Bad Blood,” “Blank Space,” and “Shake it off.”
It is safe to say that this album and Taylor Swift dominate the year 2014 with the best-selling album. Watch out Swifties, for Tay’s next move as she releases Reputation’s first single. Perhaps, she will make an appearance at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards. Are you excited to hear Swift’s new music?
