Meghan King Edmonds was the housewife that decided it would be a good idea to inquire about bringing kelly dodd onto the "Real Housewives of Orange County" last year. Meghan had been a friend to Kelly for a short period time and she felt Kelly would be a great fit for the show, as they were friendly. But it didn't take long for Meghan to notice that perhaps Dodd wasn't the right fit after all.

Just a few episodes into the previous season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Meghan learned that Kelly and her husband Michael had previously split and she had filed for divorce.

Kelly revealed that she had a psych evaluation done on her husband and that he refused to get divorced from her. Despite being in another relationship and even engaged to be married to another man, Kelly Dodd was forced to go back to her husband Michael. Meghan was shocked to hear the story, but this was just the beginning.

Even though Meghan King Edmonds thought that she and Kelly were good friends, she quickly learned that Kelly was saying things about her husband. It all started when Meghan heard that Dodd had a boyfriend, and when she asked her friend about it, Kelly lashed out at Meghan. She texted her that her husband was having an affair with another woman as Meghan was seven months pregnant.

Meghan was completely shocked and surprised that her friend would make such an accusation, but revealed that she wasn't rattled by the rumor.

Regrets her offer to come on the show

Now, Meghan King Edmonds is revealing that she is regretting bringing Kelly Dodd onto “The Real Housewives of orange county." Perhaps this is because King Edmonds is realizing that Kelly is behind a lot of the drama on the show, including lashing out at Tamra Judge and even pushing Shannon Beador’s buttons in regards to her weight gain.

Even though Meghan has expressed regret about bringing her friend onto the show, some fans believe that she's only upset about this because Kelly is stealing the show.

As one person pointed out in a tweet, Meghan is just jealous that Kelly is able to stir up drama. King Edmonds is currently focusing on raising her daughter and she isn’t involved in the drama.

One can imagine that Meghan is happy not to be involved with the drama, but she may be heartbroken over the fact that Kelly is causing such a headache for her co-stars.
