Leah Messer continues to film "Teen Mom 2" despite her struggles behind the scenes. For a while, Leah struggled with depression and anxiety, and it played out on the show. Her ex-husband, Corey Simms, was concerned for their twins' well-being, as Leah struggled to stay awake. She was reacting to a mix of prescription pills, but fans of the show thought she was addicted to pills. Since Messer wasn't open and honest about her issues, her two ex-husbands got together to see if they could do something for the children.

Since that season, Messer has turned her life around.

She is now sober in all aspects and she's focusing on the future. She has enrolled in school and she's celebrating her new life with positivity. According to a new Instagram post, Leah Messer is now revealing that her positivity and bright outlook on life has something to do with people in her life. But did something happen that has her writing about being positive?

Positivity spreading in her life

It doesn't sound like something specific has happened in her life recently. Leah has been tweeting about fun and positive activities and even quotes over the past couple of months. This week, Leah is just trying to share how people can continue with their positivity. Perhaps she's trying to tell her "Teen Mom 2" fans to not be so negative on social media.

"Surround yourself with positive people. Feed your mind positive thoughts. Allow yourself to authentically feel and accept those feelings without judgment. Everything you experience and observe becomes a part of your subconscious," Leah Messer wrote on Instagram, sharing that positivity is both in your own mindset and related to the people you hang out with.

Of course, Leah could be referring to people in her own life, as she's constantly dealing with negative comments from people on social media. Her co-stars on "Teen Mom 2" are also constantly being attacked for random things.

Open to dating?

In Leah Messer's post, she's talking about how it's important not to judge others. Perhaps she's finding that she has better relationships with her family members and ex-husbands when she's removed the judgments and the negativity between them.

Of course, Messer got the blame when Brooke Wehr broke up with Jeremy after learning that they had talked on the phone for 30 minutes. They talked about Adalynn's daycare, but Brooke was jealous. With Leah's positivity, she probably didn't let it affect her too much.
