Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed finally welcomed their first child! According to E! News, the 29-year-old actress gave birth to a Baby Girl, named Bodhi Soleil, on July 25.

Nikki Reed was the first to confirm pregnancy rumors by showing her baby bump in an Instagram post this May. Along with the photo was a heartfelt message wherein the actress expressed her excitement to meet her first baby with husband.
Ian Somerhalder, on the other hand, also took to his Instagram to deliver the good news to his family, friends, and fans.
The actor could not even hide his excitement when he shared that he and Nikki Reed will soon welcome the addition to their growing family. He also thanked his supporters for sending their well-wishes to his wife and baby.
How romance started for Ian and Nikki
The two actors were first mired in dating rumors in 2014. Shortly after they made headlines on gossip columns, Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed stepped out for a jog which seemingly confirmed their blossoming romance. A day later, couple pack on the PDA at a local farmers market where the "Twilight" actress was seen feeding her beau.
The "Lost" alum later made their relationship Instagram official and announced that he has adopted a horse with his girlfriend.
"Proud new dad. What amazing creatures they are. Wow. His name is Eagle," he captioned his photo and credited Nikki Reed.
Since then, the two actors have made no effort to hide their relationship from the public. In August 2014, the couple could not keep their hands off each other at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
Things moved a little too quickly for the celebrity couple who reportedly moved in together three months after they started dating.
Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed settled in Atlanta where the former was filming his "The Vampire Diaries" series.
The two had their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2015 Golden Globes Awards before they confirmed their engagement. "Can't tell you anything about it other than I love it more than anything in the world," the actress mused.

The actress even gushed about her surprise visitor and thanked him for coming over. "When this song is finished it'll sound quite different from this version, but I'm glad you get to experience this super raw moment with me," she said.
