It's always some fantastic news when we hear our celebrities have brought new lives to this world. How does it feel to be a celebrity baby? No one knows because the baby can hardly address the press. But we can assume it feels awesome. Well, there is a new kid in Hollywood, and she belongs to the Somerhalders.

Twilight actress, Nikki Reed, and Ian Somerhalder, Vampire Diaries actor, welcomed a beautiful baby girl on 25th July and named her Bodhi Soleil Reed Somerhalder. Soleil is their first born child, and now the family of three is planning on their next move.

The Somerhalders are looking forward to raising their child away from the spotlight.

The couple made their pregnancy official due to pressure

Following many speculations, the power couple announced their pregnancy in May this year. Nikki took to Instagram and shared a photo showing her precious baby bump, dressed in a Bayou With Love dress, one of her clothing line collections. She captioned the photo with a message directed to her yet to be born baby, about how she felt about her, the undying love she had and how she was the strength in her. She added that they had been sharing the same body, gone through similar challenges and they were anticipating the day they would receive her in their hands.

Ian also expressed his joy on Instagram. He said that in his 38 years on earth he had never experienced such a powerful and beautiful moment. He further added that he couldn’t think of anything else as exciting as their next chapter.

Ian wanted to have a family

On October, Ian Somerhalder had opened up about his desire to start a family with the love of his life, Reed.

He was quoted saying that he would one day have amazing children with his beautiful wife. He was sure about it. Sure enough, a third member of their family is here with happy kicks. Ian and Nikki had said they would stay indoors, away from the world for 30 days after their baby’s birth.

Ian also celebrated her wife and thanked her for the two years of marriage.

He described her as his best friend, kindest and the most hardworking person he knows. Nikki also had expressed her gratitude for having Ian as her guy, man, honey, and partner. She celebrated the two years they have been married and promised her child they would both love her so much.

The lovebirds began dating in July 2014, and six months later, in January 2015, they got engaged. The couple had a colorful wedding at Tuscali Mountain Inn in Topanga, California, in August 2015. We as the blasting news, we take this opportunity to congratulate the new parents.
