Candace Cameron Bure dishes on 'Fuller House' Season 3
According to PopCulture.com, Candace Cameron Bure revealed that the cast is nearly done filming "Fuller House" Season 3 and that she can't wait for fans to get to enjoy the new batch of episodes on Netflix.
The actress revealed that she and her co-stars recently filmed an episode in Japan and that viewers will get to see where that takes the Fuller family. As previously reported, Season 3 will be all about summer fun, which is something that the show, including the original series, Full House, has never done before.
Season 1 of "Fuller House" explored DJ Tanner-Fuller as she learned to raise her three sons, Jackson, Max, and Tommy without their father. DJ was still adjusting to the death of her firefighter husband, and her family members stepped up to help her in her time of need. However, when it was time for them to move on to new chapters in their lives, DJ's sister, Stephanie and her best friend Kimmy Gibler stepped in.
The women moved into the house with DJ and they learned to live and co-parent together.
DJ's love life to be resolved?
Fuller House Season 2 showed the Tanner/Fuller family in a different light. The sophomore season focused on the family during all of the main holidays in the calendar year. Viewers got to see DJ and company at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.
During the course of the season, fans watched as DJ finally entered into a relationship with Matt Harmon.
Although DJ revealed that she was going to choose her former high school boyfriend, Steve, things didn't work out when he began to date CJ, a DJ Tanner look alike with the same type of personality. The end of the Season 2 saw Steve and CJ get engaged, and DJ and Matt reunite after his long business trip.
However, it appeared that the old sparks were still there between DJ and Steve, and Season 3 could explore those feelings.
Fans have really embraced "Fuller House" and Candace Cameron Bure recently won the Teen Choice Award for Favorite Comedy Actress, leaving her stunned. The actress says she never thought she'd win a Teen Choice Award at the age of 40, but she's thrilled to be apart of something that people love so much. Season 3 of "Fuller House" hits Netflix on September 22.
