Christina and Tarek El Moussa, hosts of the hit show “Flip or Flop” finally got the courage to talk on the real culprit that caused the demise of their marriage. The mother of two shared in an interview that the real reason why they separated is Lack Of Communication.

'Flip or Flop' couple admit that they failed at communication

According to the reality star, communication was their downfall as reported by Today.

They lost it completely and they just cannot get it back again. Lately, Tarek and Christina celebrated the second birthday of their son Brayden separately. The father of two informed during the Monster Truck-themed birthday bash that his ex-wife cannot make it to the party. He also informed that they were celebrating it separately and they are better off separated.

Tarek El Moussa also revealed that he and his wife have been separated long before their divorce was announced. They eventually fell apart. The 36-year-old reality show host affirmed Christina’s statement that the culprit to their marriage was their lack of effective communication.

Tarek filed for divorce on January after a gun incident inside their home where police authorities were called in to intervene.

The “Flip or Flop” star opened up that the life after divorce was never the same. The hardest part of their divorce was starting over again. But for his wife, the separation has paved the way for her to find the best man for her – Doug Spedding. He is a 55-year-old former car dealer and businessman operating at Orange County.

According to ET, Christina believes that Spedding is heaven sent. They dated briefly before her marriage to Tarek but they accidentally met again. Christina El Moussa is smitten by her new boyfriend. She has met his kids already and has spent vacation time with them.

Christina and Tarek El Moussa share kids’ custody

Tarek El Moussa admitted that he is dating again. But it is not that serious yet. He said that he is just enjoying his single life again. As for his kids, his ex-wife prayed that they will be granted joint custody of the two children. He said that he and his ex-wife just want to let their kids feel that they are loved and that they are still a family despite the separation.

Both Christina and Tarek El Moussa have moved on but the couple continued working for HGTV’s “Flip or Flop.” The former couple admitted that they are effective as co-hosts and not as husband and wife.
