Spears was unaware of the individual and was shocked when her security team appeared beside her grabbing the individual. Spears was heard asking if the man had a gun and it has not yet been confirmed as to whether he had one or not.
A video of the incident has been released online, and it shows the man running on to the stage where he is confronted by the security team. The man, who has been identified as 37-year-old Jesse Webb, threw a security guard to the side and was subsequently tackled by members of Britney's dance crew.
In a report by TMZ, Jesse Webb was acting in a disorderly manner during the concert and was asked to leave. However, instead of leaving the man decided to jump onstage and make a run at Britney Spears as she performed her song "Crazy." A member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released a statement and claimed that Jesse was brought to the Clark County Detention Center.
