"Teen Mom 2" star Briana DeJesus found herself at the center of her very own TV special on Monday night after the "Teen Mom OG" reunion. The special introduced Briana as the newest member of the "TM2" cast, and revealed what she and her family have been up to since fans last saw them five years ago on MTV's short-lived series, "Teen Mom 3."

The new cast member shocks fans

During the special, a pregnant Briana showed her baby daddy and her best friends clips from her past Reality TV days. Neither Briana's boyfriend nor her friend had ever watched "16 and Pregnant" or "Teen Mom 3," so they didn't know what to expect.

When Briana and her friend looked at photos from before and after DeJesus' plastic surgery, the MTV star dropped a bombshell on fans and producers. The newly added "Teen Mom 2" cast member revealed that she visited Dr. Miami for some work because she had planned to do a sex tape.

Briana DeJesus told MTV producers that she had gotten an offer to do the same kind of video that Farrah Abraham had previously done and that she couldn't believe the amount of money they were offering her. So, Briana decided to do the adult video but refused to do so until she got her body looking better. After the surgery, Briana was happy with the results, but the "Teen Mom 2" star revealed her friends and family had talked her out of doing the sex tape.

Four pregnancies during new season of 'TM2'

During the "Teen Mom" special, Briana DeJesus revealed that she and Kailyn Lowry had gotten their plastic surgery together and that they were both planning to return to Dr.

Miami for even more work after they both had their babies. Briana and Kailyn's pregnancy journey will be documented during the brand new season of "Teen Mom 2" which starts airing in mid-July.

DeJesus and Lowry aren't the only ones who will be expecting babies during the season. Jenelle Evans and Chelsea Houska will also welcome their youngest children during the upcoming season of the MTV series.

Jenelle will be seen giving birth to her daughter, Ensley, while Chelsea will welcome a little boy named Watson. Meanwhile, Kailyn Lowry is still pregnant with her third child, and Briana gave birth to her second daughter over the weekend.
