Only a few months left before "Outlander" season 3 will air on Starz. The ending of season 2 has left the viewers wanting for more, and the separation of Jamie and Claire not helping. The story of star-crossed lovers trying to push against the time traveling constraints will be more beautiful yet complicated in "Outlander" Season 3. 20th century Claire will find herself still engrossed over Jamie, even though Frank is right in front of her. Eventually, Claire will find out the truth that Jamie wasn't killed in the war and from there, her feelings for Frank, or whatever's left of it, will begin to crumble.

The reunion of Jamie and Claire in a print shop is also one of the most awaited scenes in the series.

In the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con, the cast of "Outlander" season 3 were interviewed, and there were a lot of spoilers revealed by the actors themselves. Further, the highly-awaited print shop reunion was also discussed by Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan.

'Droughtlander' no more

The hiatus between the season 2 finale and the season 3 premiere has been considered to be pretty much an agonizing wait for the fans. Some chose to make light of the hiatus and dubbed the waiting game for "Outlander" Season 3 as "Droughtlander."

However, with the recent interview of the cast in San Diego Comic-Con, the fans definitely got their much-needed fix of spoilers from the actors themselves.

According to E! Online, the cast gamely answered questions and revealed some secrets in the upcoming season premiere. Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe admitted that their characters would really spend some time apart in the beginning of season 3 so the fans will have to wait a bit longer for the special print shop reunion scene.

Worth the wait

The cast also mentioned that the episodes leading to Jamie and Claire's reunion would have great views and everyone has been working hard to make it worth the wait. Caitriona Balfe also mentioned that the first few episodes will also focus on Jamie's journey, specifically what he has been through after surviving the war.

The bittersweet reunion of Jamie and Claire is really considered as one of the highlights of "Outlander" season 3 because it was set to depict the reunion of lovers who transcended time and different places. Diana Gabaldon, the writer of the book series the TV show was based on, has nothing but kind words for the print shop reunion scene of "Outlander" season 3.
