Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reunion might be possible in the upcoming "Twilight" based supernatural television show. "The Twilight Saga" author Stephenie Meyer will be bringing "The Rook" to television.

According to Refinery29, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner have remained friendly over the years and even Robert Pattinson recently seemed open to the idea of a "Twilight" spin-off series. However, the actors’ official sources have not confirmed their cameo or recurrence role in "The Rook," the "Twilight" cast has always seemed up for a comeback.

During his interview with Yahoo! Movies, the "Good Time" actor said that if the "Twilight" universe is expanding then maybe he will get his own spin-off. He added that he is “curious” and if the audience will like to see then there must be some “radical” way to make the film.

The "Personal Shopper" actress also seemed open to the idea of coming back as Bella Swan. During her conversation with Uproxx, Stewart said that the "Twilight" reboot will not affect her personally but if the team is making one then she will be interested. She further said that she is kind of fascinated as to what will come next in the story.

The debut novel of Australian author Danial O’Malley "The Rook" is all set to be converted into a full-fledged television series by Stephenie Meyer.

The story will follow Myfanwy Thomas, a young girl with supernatural powers. Myfanwy will find herself in the middle of bodies with latex gloves, as she will be attempting to find out about her role in United Kingdom’s secret service while fighting her amnesia. She will be the only thing standing between regular people and malicious beings including vampires.

The "Twilight" like television show has a great team

The television show will premiere on Starz in partnership between Liberty Global and Lionsgate. The supernatural spy thriller will be executive produced by Stephenie and "The Night Manager" producer Stephen Garrett. The show is written for television by Sam Holcroft and Al Muriel.

Starz boss Chris Albrecht said at the Television Critics Association press tour that he is happy with the addition and mergers of such big talent. He revealed that "The Rook" will be “instantly addictive” for everyone from the very first scene. Liberty Global chief programming officer Bruce Mann added that the show will have a strong female lead.
