Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are still not done working together. The actresses who played sisters in the popular sitcom will be back together to share the screen in new HBO series.

The David Crane and Marta Kauffman’s “Friends” established a big name for each of the actors involved in the series. Aniston remained selective with her future roles after the wrap of the still-loved and relatable show. She will be back to small screen with HBO’s new show after almost 13 years.

The still untitled series will be exploring the morning shows and New York media scene.

The show will be screening on Netflix. The show will be done under the guidance of former HBO head of drama Michael Ellenberg. “House of Cards” Jay Carson will be writing the script for the show and Academy Award nominee Steve Kloves will executive produce it along with Jennifer and Reese, as reported by Variety.

What Aniston did after 'Friends'?

The 1990s Rachel Green is missed by everyone and she is still a big fashion icon. Jennifer Aniston played the role so smoothly that it was not possible to tell the character apart from the actress.

The 48-year-old beauty did many cameo roles in other television shows but never came back to the small screen as the main lead after “Friends.” She took part in series like “Partners,” “Dirt” and “South Park.”

During her previous conversation with Variety, “Friends” alum had revealed that she desires to return to television, as it is where the actual work is. She said that she wishes to be part of wonderful stories and have a good time.

While the 41-year-old actress never stayed away from the screen, she did very few television series. This will be second big comeback to the small screen in recent time.

She produced the thriller “Gone Girl” and portrayed the award winning role of Cheryl Strayed in “Wild.” She recently produced and starred in HBO’s “Big Little Lies” and received Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie for her role of Madeline Martha Mackenzie in the show. Reese will also be soon in rom-com movie titled “Home Again” and sci-fi adventure film “A Wrinkle In Time.”
