Justin Bieber hit a paparazzo trying to photograph him as he was leaving a Beverly Hills church service on Wednesday night. The singer did not evade the scene but waited for paramedics to arrive. The singer appeared in numerous videos consoling the injured paparazzo who was lying on the ground.

Bieber is heard asking the paparazzo, "What can I do? The car did not run over you? Where did it get you?" The paparazzo was injured on his right leg after Bieber was trying to make a right turn as he was coming out of a parking lot. While the paparazzo was on the ground, Bieber was heard telling other paparazzi whether they had taken enough pictures.

Police arrived and questioned the 23-year-old singer. Paramedics took the injured paparazzo to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

Why Bieber might have been at the Hillsong Church

A day before the incident, TMZ reported that a source connected to the Hillsong Church said that the singer canceled his tours because he had "rededicated his life to Christ." The singer had earlier stated that he canceled an upcoming tour because he was exhausted days after being banned from performing in china.

Bieber's past incidences with paparazzi

In January 2013, a 29-year-old paparazzo was hit by an oncoming truck that was driven by a 69-year-old woman while he was walking on a Los Angeles street after taking pictures of Bieber.

In June 2013, the singer was sued by a paparazzo for punching and kicking him while at a movie theater in Calabasas, California. According to Rolling Stone, the paparazzo claimed that Bieber gave him a martial arts-style kick to the gut and punched him in the face as the singer was leaving the movie theater with Selena Gomez.

Poice never saw any injuries on the man after arriving at the scene and did not file charges against the singer despite doctors finding superficial injuries on the photographer.

In April 2015, a judge in Argentina issued a warrant for the arrest of the singer for ordering his bodyguards to attack a photographer that was taking his pictures while he was outside a Buenos Aires nightclub back in November 2013 during the singer's South American tour.

China bans Bieber for bad behavior

The Chinese government banned the singer from ever performing in the country. The government stated that the singer is full of controversy despite being a gifted singer.

According to the statement by the government, authorities in China seem to have disliked the singer's bad behavior and previous performances. Authorities allege that the singer's behavior is causing discontent among the public.
