On Wednesday night, pop singer Justin Bieber got into an accident when he hit a black man who was a paparazzi photographer. Bieber was driving on his way out of City Church in Beverly Hills when he hit the photographer, who was soon taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital, PEOPLE reported.
A witness who was at the scene explained that the 23-year old singer was trying to "scare away the paparazzi" but he managed to accidentally hit one of them at the end of the road. Bieber immediately got out of his vehicle to make sure that the photographer was alright.
Photographs from the scene showed the black man lying on his side on the ground, clutching his right leg. Bieber, on the other hand, looked perplexed.
Singer cancels Purpose World Tour
Justin Bieber recently announced the cancellation of the rest of his Purpose World Tour. The "Sorry" singer said in an official statement that there were "unforeseen circumstances" that caused him to cancel the rest of his world tour.
The singer was slated to perform in New York, Boston, and Toronto, as well as Japan, the Philippines, and Singapore. Bieber's official statement read that the singer had more than 150 shows so far and that he would hate to "disappoint" his fans if he didn't give them his best. A source close to the singer said that he's "truly exhausted" and needed some time off to rest.

Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter John Mayer recently took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Justin Bieber's decision to cancel his Purpose World Tour. According to Rolling Stone, Mayer wrote, "When someone pulls remaining dates of a tour, it means they would have done real damage to themselves if they kept going.
We've lost so many great artists lately. I give Justin [thumbs up emoji] for realizing it was time to call it. You should too." Mayer was referring to the late Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington, who both lost their lives to suicide.
'Purpose' artist spotted hiking with a new lady
Justin Bieber seems to be enjoying his down time now that he's officially off work.
USA Today reported that just last weekend, Bieber was spotted hiking with Audreyana Michelle. He even shared a photo of himself with Michelle on his Instagram. However, Bieber hasn't officially commented on his relationship status with Michelle, so fans need not jump to conclusions just yet. For now, fans are trying to be supportive of his decision to cancel his Purpose World Tour.
