"General Hospital" spoilers for Friday, July 21 reveal a ruckus at the Port Charles PD. Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) decides to stick with her man and bails out Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) but she doesn't realize that her act of support will soon put his life at risk. It seems that Valentin's impassioned speech inspired Nina to show her loyalty. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is stunned to hear that Valentin made bail. Nathan goes to confront his sister, and more family drama explodes.

Laura attacks Valentin on Friday 7/21/17 "GH"

"General Hospital" spoilers promise that Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is livid that Valentin made bail and she confronts him at the PCPD.

Nina is there with her ex as a show of support as Laura screams that he killed her son and is trying to kill her grandson too. Laura is unhinged and that's understandable, but all signs point to Valentin not being the guilty party in this kidnapping. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets an ominous text message about the kidnapping and acts decisively.

"General Hospital" spoilers - Sonny convinces Jason to mob up

After Sonny gets the text message, "GH" spoilers say the mobster reaches out to his former enforcer Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and fills him in on the kidnapping of Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel).

Sonny says that Valentin must be stopped and Jason asks, with a threat in his voice, if Sonny wants him to stop him. With Valentin loose on bail, it will be easy for Jason to snatch him up. A new "General Hospital" promo shows Jason tortures Valentin for information on Spencer.

Sam seeks Julian, finds Ava

Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) is increasingly off the rails, say new "General Hospital" spoilers, as she's suffering from a medical condition now rumored to be toxoplasmosis according to inside info reported by The Inquisitr.

Sam hates that Jason responded to Sonny's call and is involved with mob business again so she goes running to her dad Julian Jerome (William deVry). Julian isn't home but Ava Jerome (Maura West) is. Ava tells her Julian's not around and she'll have to make do with Sonny. Sam freaks out at the mention of Sonny's name,

Sam is upset that Julian isn't around and her mental instability soon leads her to take matters (and a gun) into her own hands to deal with Sonny.

Ava, meanwhile, grows increasingly depressed about her regrettable actions and her scarred face. Her quality of life is zero.
