By a vote of 7-3, Cody Nickson was sent home from the "Big Brother" house on Thursday night. He was up on the block with Alex and Ramses. Alex received zero votes and Ramses received three. The houseguests who voted for Ramses to be evicted were Jessica, Kevin, and Christmas.

The live broadcast showed Cody react to the news of his eviction, and then say goodbye to his show-mance parter, Jessica Graf. The 32-year-old former Marine isn't one to show much emotion, so it was anyone's guess as to how he would leave the house.

Before coming into the "Big Brother" house, Cody described himself as confident, charming, and sweet.

He said his favorite past contestant was "Evel" Dick Donato from season 8 because Donato played the game in a way no one else ever had.

Won't campaign against Alex

On the most recent episode of "Big Brother After Dark," Cody said he knew that he would be the one going home. He was up on the block with Alex Ow, who he said he would never campaign against. Since the very beginning of this season of "Big Brother," Cody has said he thinks Alex is a great competitor and he respects her gameplay.

During "Big Brother After Dark," Cody also revealed who he would like to see go far in season 19 of "Big Brother." He believes Jessica Graf, Alex Ow and Raven Walton are all deserving of the $500,000 grand prize and title of "Big Brother" season 19 winner.

Many were surprised to hear that this intense and guarded construction sales rep would choose three female contestants to win it all. According to Cody, he has respect for all three of them and cares about them all. It will be interesting to see how Jessica does in the house without Cody, as the two of them were inseparable.

Chat with Julie Chen

Each time a houseguest gets evicted from the "Big Brother" house, they exit the home and meet with host Julie Chen in front of a live studio audience. During Cody's exit interview with Julie, he told her a little bit more about his gameplay.

Cody spoke about his big game move against Paul and his decision to not tell anyone, even Jessica, about it.

He said he feels like he was the only one in the game who realized what a huge threat Paul was, and that's why he was targeting the veteran "Big Brother" player.

During the interview, Julie revealed some big news to Cody and to the viewers of Thursday's episode. She said that Cody, Cameron, Jillian, and whoever is evicted next week will get a chance to get back into the "Big Brother" house. On Friday, July 21, CBS will air the Battle Back Showdown at 8/7c. The winner of the showdown will get back into the "Big Brother" house and will continue their quest for the big prize.

The next episode of "Big Brother" will air on CBS on Sunday, July 16 at 8/7c. For those who can't get enough of the reality show, "Big Brother After Dark" airs live every night on Pop TV from 12 a.m. - 3 a.m.
