The film features Storm Reid, Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Zach Galifianakis, Chris Pine, Levi Miller, Deric McCabe, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Michael Peña, and Andre Holland.

The trailer looks stunning

A report by Christian Post reveals that Rowan Blanchard, Will McCormack and Bellamy Young are cast in undisclosed characters.

"Your dad has accomplished dangerous things. He is caught in a dark galaxy that continuously spreads throughout the universe,” Oprah's character says in the teaser trailer.

From the new footage, it is evident that Meg Murray is the only one who can protect her father from the dangers. The Eurythmics' song "Sweet Dreams" is played as Meg and her siblings fight to save the life of their father.

A Wrinkle In Time” is directed and produced by Ava DuVernay, who is already famous for his works on “13th” and “Selma.” New York Times reported in September 2016 that Ava was the first female to direct and produce a live-action movie, so fans had high expectations with “A Wrinkle in Time.” A separate report by The Atlantic reveals that the film is developed with a budget of $120 million.

Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon and Oprah Winfrey in the movie
