Two episodes in and another Clone Club member dies. The final season of "Orphan Black" continues to give Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) a hard time in saving everyone. Read on for more details.
M.K. Dies
The biggest highlight of Episode 2 "Clutch of Greed" is when MK (Tatiana Maslany) died in the hands of Ferdinand. Prior to her death, a deteriorating MK helped Sarah and her other sestras for one last time. She, Sarah and Felix (Jordan Gavaris) worked on an escape plan to get an upper hand against Rachel who planned to take Kira.
In a recent turn of events, Kira (Skyler Wexler) told her family that she wanted to know the truth behind their DNA.
It definitely broke Sarah's heart but they do not have much of a choice. The two then made a quick change-up and MK ended up wearing the "Rachel" wardrobe.
Showrunners Graeme Manson and John Fawcett talked about MK's death and how will it affect the following episodes. They said that they actually thought of adding the scene last season but decided against it.
There are still more "Orphan Black" episodes coming up before the final trip ends for the clones. The creative duo also teased on what's in store for Sarah and the others. They told EW, "Nobody is safe on the show and we’re in our final season."
Episode 3 "Beneath Her Heart" Spoilers
Alison and Donnie (Kristian Bruun) get the spotlight of the upcoming episode as they return back to their suburban life.
She then learns that everyone has moved on their lives without the Hendrixes.
The promotional photos show the quirky couple joining the annual fun fair at the community center. As usual, Felix was there to support Sarah's thespian/soccer mom clone. Donnie has a kilt-wearing number but it seems that it did not go well for him nor the audience.
The Search For Helena Continues
It is not the only thing going for Alison and Donnie. Art's (Kevin Hanchard) new partner, who is also part of the Neolution, is out to get them. The promo reveals that Art was forced to investigate about Helena's disappearance or else.
So, where in the world is Helena? The last episode ended as she escaped from the hospital where she got treated for the forest mishap.
However, she did it in the only way Helena can by giving the nurse a gruesome death.
Who will die next? Can they find Helena before Neolution? Will Sarah ever save Kira and her loved ones? Can Alison get her spot at Bailey Downs back again?
