Marvel is unstoppable in showing us the best of their TV series as they finally announce the schedule of Hall H Panel for this year’s San Diego Comic-Con International. Netflix’s “The Defenders” will get one in the upcoming event. However, there is one surprising omission among the shows: Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD” do not seem to have any participation in this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. This means fans won't be getting any teasers or updates about the upcoming season of the popular show.
According to Nerdist, Marvel kicks off SDCC with two back-to-back panels on July 20, Thursday, in Ballroom 20.
The “Legion” panel begins at 5:00 pm, featuring the producers and cast members of the FX series. Of course, they are expected to look back and evaluate the first season, along with teasing what is going to happen next in the upcoming season 2.
Following “Legion,” the “Inhumans” panel will then take over the Ballroom 20 at 6:15 pm. Unfortunately, there are no confirmed details about the people who will join the panel. On the other hand, producers and cast members are expected to make an appearance to give some hints for the series before it finally debuts on IMAX and ABC this September.
Marvel’s schedule on San Diego Comic-Con 2017
In addition to the earlier mentioned Marvel TV shows, FOX is set to bring “The Gifted” mutant heroes on July 21 at San Diego Comic-Con.
They will be in Ballroom 20 at 3:45 pm of the second day. The earlier source has not confirmed yet if the pilot episode of the Xmen-like series will be screened. Despite this, the cast members and producers are expected to answer questions from the fans.
The Marvel Animation Panel will be presented on July 22. Their schedule will be at 12:30 pm in Room 6A.
While there is no additional information during the announcement, they are expected give teasers about the new season of “Avengers: Secret Wars.” Last but not the least; Marvel is closing the final day with Disney XD original series “Marvel’s Spiderman.” The panel begins at 10:15 am on Sunday, July 22.
SDCC 2017 schedule for The CW
In another report of Seattle Pi, more shows are set to showcase the stories they have prepared for the viewers. As for The CW network, “Arrow’s” Stephen Amell, DC "Legends of Tomorrow's" Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz and Victor Garber will be appearing in the event.
“Supergirl’s” controversial couple onscreen and off-screen, Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood is confirmed to join their show’s panel. To complete The CW’s elite four shows, titular actor Grant Gustin will appear for “The Flash” Panel.
