The castaways are finally rescued from the island in today's episode of "Days Of Our Lives." A devastating news is waiting for Chad back in Salem.
Chad hears Abby is marrying Dario
While Chad has fallen in love with Gabi, his feeling for his wife is still there. So when he returns to Salem, he would be heartbroken to learn that Abigail is now engaged with Dario. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers via Celeb Dirty Laundry tease that Chad would try his best to accept the news. But knowing that Abby is not the kind of person to rush things through, he would later develop suspicions that something is not right.
In previous episodes, Dario convinced Abigail to do a quickie divorce. Her mother, Jennifer, tried to talk her out of it, but she would not listen.
Abby sees Chad and Gabi kissing
When Abby walked away from Chad, she pushed him and Gabi together. But when she sees Chad and Gabi kissing now that they're back in Salem, she would still feel hurt. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers said she is expected to meltdown when she confronted Chad.
Then the divorce will be brought up, and Abby will tell Chad that they will proceed with it. Chad would say it's okay with him, but deep down, he's not. He would try to work things out between him and Gabi. However, his suspicions about Dario and Abby's wedding would make him do some investigations to reveal what's wrong.
This would also affect his relationship with Gabi as the latter would see how concerned he still his for his ex-wife.
Is this the end of Chabby?
The couple is experiencing such as a huge obstacle in their relationship that viewers are led to believe that Chabby love team is coming to an end. However, there are still speculations that suggest Abby and Chad would be able to get through this adversity.
Chad would save Abigail from marrying Dario, who is only using Abby to solve his deportation problems. They have a beautiful story and they always find their way back to each other. Of course, it would crush Gabi, but she would have to find love somewhere else.
Elsewhere in "Days of Our Lives," Deimos is putting his dark scheme into action as part of his revenge against Sonny and anyone related to him.
The castaways will throw a party to celebrate their safe return, which Deimos will take advantage of. Deimos will put the drug Halo into their drinks. Everyone would act erratically and lose their normal selves. However, "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Deimos would be the one to end up dead. Who killed him? That's the mystery to be solved.
