James Corden's latest "Carpool Karaoke" guest is Grammy Award winning singer and songwriter, Ed Sheeran, with whom the "Late Late Show" host sang several hits. Sheeran started off with one of his latest singles, "Shape of You," ," in which Corden commented that it had a "sexy vibe" to it. Sheeran proceeded to jokingly touch the host's legs and breasts as they cruised through Los Angeles while singing the song. Sheeran shared that he no longer uses his mobile phone for anything other than emails and even recommended it to the host. Sheeran explained that he would wake up to "50 messages, and none of them would say, 'hey, how are you?'" The singer said the messages mostly comprised of those asking him to either do something or give the sender something, which was taxing for the 26-year old.

Thus, he got rid of his phone entirely and merely keeps it around for work purposes.

Ed Sheeran stuffs his mouth with Maltesers

"Carpool Karaoke" and "Late Late Show" host James Corden has a knack for finding out the most unknown quirks of his carpool guests. Once, he asked Sia how she could hold several eggs with her palms down, and the singer was surprised that the host knew such a fact about her. Sia of course proceeded to showcase her odd talent, but not without breaking a couple of eggs in the process. Ed Sheeran isn't unlike Sia, as he too had a rare talent to showcase. Corden asked him if it was true that Sheeran could fit 47 Maltesers in his mouth. Sheeran took up the challenge and stuffed his mouth with not just 47, but 55 balls, before throwing them out the door.

James Corden and Ed Sheeran sing pop hits

After recalling a recent trip to a dive bar in Tokyo with Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran spoke about how he used Bieber's face as a tee to hit the golf ball. Bieber's face thankfully survived despite being hit by a gold club. Sheeran and Corden then proceeded to sing Bieber's "Love Yourself," which Sheeran co-wrote.

The pair also sang "What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction and went back to Sheeran's setlist with "Castle on the Hill." They even remixed the song to fit the current traffic situation in Los Angeles.
