rachel lindsay is "The Bachelorette" now and looking for love. She has already revealed that she is engaged and that this season ends in happiness. Now, it turns out that Rachel actually used to date an NBA star and the fans had no idea! This was clear back in college before the guy was totally famous.

Who was the man in her life?

It turns out that Rachel Lindsay used to date Kevin Durant back in college. This was before he was a big star, but now anyone that knows anything about basketball knows his name. He was a Golden State Warriors small forward at the time.

An insider shared saying they dated while attending the University of Texas at Austin. Things didn't work out obviously.

The insider even went on to share that Rachel and Kevin had a pretty serious relationship. They said, "They broke up when she went to law school. It was a pretty serious relationship." If these two had lasted, of course, she would have never ended up on "The Bachelorette." Fans are really good that things didn't work out and she ended up doing this instead. She is someone that everyone is rooting for to find love on the show.

Durant was engaged to WNBA champion Monica Wright at one time, but they never got married. He has also dated Chantel Jeffries, Crystal Renee, and Jasmine Shine.

Now Kevin would be a great choice to be cast as "The Bachelor." They have had celebrities on the show before, but I just don't see this one happening. Fans would love it though.

How is Rachel Lindsay doing now?

Rachel Lindsay didn't end up engaged to Kevin Durant, but she has found love. She actually was on Nick Viall's season of "The Bachelor" and things didn't work out.

They then picked her to be on "The Bachelorette, " and she has already given away spoilers that she fell in love and got engaged. This is the first time that the lead has shared that they found love before the show was done filming. Rachel couldn't hold in her excitement at all.

The spoilers are out about who Rachel Lindsay picks, but I won't spoil it for you.

She does find love, nd so far it sounds like the couple is doing great. Only time will tell if these two can make it work, though. Fans will have to wait until "After the Final Rose" to get an update on them.
