New details about ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’

We got some insights yesterday from actress Laura Haddock, who is playing an Oxford professor in “Transformers: The Last Knight.” She joins hands with Mark Wahlberg and Sir Edmund Burton to fight against the rivals. The actress reveals that director Michael Bay developed a lot of sets for the action-packed sequel.

Michael was not ready to compromise on the quality of his film, so introduced a broad range of sets.

Principal photography began on May 25, 2016, in Cuba, with a few action sequences shot in Arizona. In June 2016, the whole team traveled to Michigan where the shooting continued under the working title “E75.” Production moved to England in August 2016 and continued until December 2016.

Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Stanley Tucci, John Turturro and Tyrese Gibson are back to a new “Transformers” installment, while Santiago Cabrera, Mitch Pileggi, and Isabela Moner are new to the cast.

Just like the previous installments, Industrial Light & Magic has created the visuals for “Transformers: The Last Knight.” Early projections reveal that this film will gross up to $800 million during its theoretical run. Director and producer reportedly spent over $11,000 per day for the fortnight shooting. A sequel titled “Transformers 6” and an untitled spin-off are scheduled for 2019 and 2020, respectively.
