Hollywood lovers are in for a treat in June this year as some great movies will be released across US. Four highly anticipated movies will hit the silver screens in the upcoming month, those movies include "Wonder Woman", "Transformers: The last knight", "The House", "Despicable Me 3."
'Wonder Woman'
This superhero action movie is based on the character in the DC comics by the same name. The film is directed by Patty Jenkins and features amazing actors like Chris Pine, Gal Gadot, Robin Wright and David Thewlis. The plot revolves around the "Wonder Woman" tying to end the ongoing World War when a military pilot informs her about it after he faces a crash.
The movie will hit the silver screens across US on June 2nd, 2017.
'Transformers: The Last Knight'
The story of the fifth installment in the "Transformers" series revolves around the absence of Optimus Prime and the war which has commenced between humans and the Transformers. The movie has an exceptional cast with Mark Wahlberg (who has twice been nominated for an Academy Award), Laura Haddock, Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins, Josh Duhamel, Stanley Tucci and Tyrese Gibson. This science-fiction, action-adventure movie will be released on June 21st, 2017 and is directed by Michael Bay.
'The House'
This comedy movie is directed by Andrew Jay Cohen who is also a co-writer with Brendan O'Brien. The movie cast includes Will Ferrell, Amy Poehler, Allison Tolman and Ryan Simpkins among others.
The story is based on the adventures of a couple who convinces their neighbors to start an illegal casino in the basement of their house after the husband and wife spend their daughter's college fund. 'Despicable Me 3'
One of the most popular animated series will be back with a sequel in June. The third installment in the series revolves around the adventures of Gru and a villain Balthazar Bratt; fans are also going to witness the entry of Gru's twin brother Dru. The film is going to feature the voices of actors Steve Carell (nominated once for an Academy Award), Kristen Wiig, Steve Coogan, Russell Brand and Miranda Cosgrove among others while the movie is directed by Pierre Coffin, Kyle Balda and Eric Guillon.
