Miley Cyrus recently expressed her disappointment about her hit song "Wrecking Ball." It turns out that everything she did in that video is not something she admires today. While the song put her name on top of the charts since 2013, she fears that it might haunt her even to the grave.
I will always be that naked girl on a 'Wrecking Ball'
According to reports, MileyCyrus revealed these feelings when she guest appeared at the "Zhang Zhang Show." She played "Marry, Eff, Kill" mentioning some of her songs and apparently, she considers WreckingBall to be her worst nightmare.
“Marry would probably be ‘The Climb’ because it still has a message I’m down with. Eff would be ‘7 Things.’ Kill would be ‘Wrecking Ball,” she quipped.
Moreover, Cyrus explained that she did not fully realize the effect of the song until now. She added how it is something that cannot be easily forgotten: a naked woman who swings on a wrecking ball. The 24-year-old singer-actress already considers this to be a memory that will live forever.
While Cyrus wanted to be just a simple girl who loves her dog (Emu) so much, she believes being the 'naked girl on a wrecking ball' will always follow her around.
Well, fans can hopefully turn their attention to her new single, Malibu and upcoming album.
What's keeping MileyCyrus up at night
During the interview, the "Hannah Montana" star talked about playing the earlier-mentioned song at her funeral. She described it as her worst nightmare and one of the things that have been keeping her up at night! Therefore, our poor Miley is sincerely regretting #WreckingBall.
'Hannah Montana' Reboot
In another report, Cyrus was reportedly asked by Disney to do a "Hannah Montana" reboot. Unfortunately, she declined to accept the project. Her main goal when she goes to Disney is promoting her new music. One of the major reasons why she said 'no' to the network is because it will give her plenty of her own time, away from her dad (Billy Ray Cyrus).
She admitted how hard it was for her to go to work with her dad. This was from ages 11 to 18. Cyrus explained that she never got the chance to escape school like others do at those ages. There was a time when she drove for her dad after learning how to do so.
Aside from this, she also went to work with her grandma. As a result, the scenario became too much for the star. Cyrus then became vocal about wanting to break free. On a brighter side, MileyCyrus shared her potential appearance on the "That's so Raven" spin-off entitled "Raven Home" with fellow Disney alum Raven-Symoné.
