Fans are now waiting for the coming of “Longmire” Season 6 ever since Netflix dropped the entire 10 episodes of the previous chapter. However, it is quite sad knowing that this will be the last and final installment of the modern Western crime drama.
The show is now in production as its cast is giving little details about their Filming. Compared to any other television series, which has 22-long chapters, the drama series based on Craig Johnson’s “Walt Longmire Mysteries” has fewer episodes that enable stars to do other things.
Filming details
Louanne Stephens, who plays the role of Ruby, continuously update her followers and fans alike about the development of “Longmire” Season 6’s filming. The actress revealed that they have finished the show’s sixth episode and they are already half-way done with its filming. Just like its usual schedule on Netflix, the show’s sixth installment is expected to be out this September. However, the network has yet to announce its official release date.
Things need to be tackled
Fans are waiting for the next chapter to address the real status of Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) as the city’s Sheriff.
Also, the show has to deal with the wrongful death lawsuit that was filed against him. With just 10 episodes, the streaming service along with the people behind the series has a lot to answer in a short span of time. Here, they will be tested how they are going to deal with every viewer’s questions completely in every episode.
Aside from Walt’s issues, there are also personal relationships “Longmire” Season 6 has to tackle. Henry Standing Bear (Lou Diamond Philips) has to manage coming out safe from his hiding with Malachi Strand (Graham Greene). Additionally, fans have been long waiting for new details about Victoria Moretti’s (Katee Sackhoff) controversial pregnancy.
Evidently, the previous season left a lot of questions that the next installment needs to answer.
As the production is expected to continue for the next couple of months, it will then undergo post-production to be finished on its expected schedule of release on Netflix.
